Sangareddy..Vijayalakshmi, Mallappa's daughter in Khajipally went along with her three-year-old sister and sat in the Anganwadi center. Anganwadi teacher Krishnaveni went to her house at 2.30 pm and left without seeing who was inside the Jyoti.
The mother, who had gone to work, did not look for her daughter. Based on the CCTV footage, they realized that the toddler was in the Anganwadi center and removed the locks. The toddler was brought out at around 9 pm. The baby was already unconscious. The officials who responded to the incident issued notices to the responsible teacher and parents.

సీసీ కెమెరా ఫుటేజీల ఆధారంగా పసిబిడ్డ అంగన్‌వాడీ కేంద్రంలో ఉన్నట్టు గ్రహించి తాళాలు తీశారు. రాత్రి దాదాపు 9 గంటలకు పసిబిడ్డని బయటకు తీసుకొచ్చారు. అప్పటికే ఆ పాప అపస్మారక స్థితికి చేరింది. ఈ ఘటనపై స్పందించిన అధికారులు బాధ్యులైన టీచర్‌కీ, ఆయాకీ నోటిసులు ఇచ్చారు.
