Vishwak Sen is teaming up again with a director whose previous film did not perform well at the box office

Despite the underwhelming performance of his recent film "Gangs of Godavari," directed by Krishna Chaitanya, Vishwak Sen has opted to collaborate once again with the same director. Their next project, titled "Powerpet," originally planned for actor Nithin, seems to be gaining traction under People Media Factory.
"Gangs of Godavari," an action crime drama in Telugu, hit screens on May 31, 2024, starring Vishwak Sen, Anjali, and Neha Shetty. Despite receiving mixed reviews critiquing its flaws and lack of emotional depth, Vishwak Sen is moving forward with Krishna Chaitanya for "Powerpet."
The film's title derives from the locality in Eluru where director Krishna Chaitanya spent his formative years. Vishwak Sen, gearing up for the release of "Mechanic Rocky" and "Laila," aims to redeem himself after "Gangs of Godavari." The release of "Powerpet" is anticipated following these upcoming projects, pending official confirmation.
