To improve the quality of Srivari Seva in Tirumala, TTD has taken new steps by planning structured training for volunteers and including professionals from various fields. TTD EO J. Syamala Rao directed officials during a review meeting in Tirupati to make changes that involve experts in medical, education, IT, catering, and other services.

He emphasized that training should be well-planned to enhance the volunteers' skills. TTD also plans to bring NRI devotees into the volunteer network. The required changes will be made in the TTD app to facilitate expert registrations.

With the support of Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organization, a special training module is being developed. The "Training the Trainers" program will begin soon, first selecting group leaders from 26 districts of Andhra Pradesh, followed by Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Maharashtra. The training will focus on service responsibilities, ethical values, and leadership. Sessions will be held at district, regional, and Tirumala levels.
