Taapsee Pannu Shows Kindness: Helps Poor Families in Mumbai with Free Fans and Coolers
Bollywood actress Taapsee Pannu has shown her kind heart once again. As the summer heat becomes unbearable in Mumbai, she stepped forward to help poor families living in the city’s slum areas.
Along with her husband Mathias Boe, Taapsee distributed free fans and coolers to people who are struggling without basic comforts. This social work was done in partnership with the Hemkunt Foundation.
Many parts of Mumbai are facing high temperatures, reaching over 40°C. People living in slums don’t have fans or coolers and suffer in the heat. Taapsee and her team visited their homes and gave out fans to bring them some relief.
Taapsee said,
"We take things like fans or coolers for granted. But for some people, even a small breeze can be a big relief in this heat. I’m happy I could do something to help."
Photos from the event went viral on social media, and people praised her for her big heart. Comments poured in saying she is not only a great actress but also a great human being.
Harteerath Singh, Director of Hemkunt Foundation, said:
"When it’s so hot, living in a small house without any air or shade is very difficult. This project was started to bring some comfort and hope to those in need."
This act of kindness by Taapsee Pannu is being loved across the internet, showing that small actions can make a big difference.
