Pawan Kalyan supports BJP's commitment to appointing a Chief Minister from the backward class in Telangana

Hyderabad, November 7: Pawan Kalyan, the leader of Jana Sena Party (JSP) and a prominent actor in the Telugu film industry, expressed his support on Tuesday for the BJP's commitment to appoint a Chief Minister from the backward class (BC) if the party secures victory in the Telangana elections scheduled for November 30.

During his appearance alongside Prime Minister Narendra Modi at a public gathering of the BJP in Hyderabad, Pawan Kalyan, a actor turned politician, affirmed that Jana Sena fully endorses the BJP's pledge to have a BC representative serve as the Chief Minister in Telangana, highlighting the BJP's dedication to the development of backward classes and the promotion of social justice.

Pawan Kalyan also commended Modi, describing him as a strong leader who has brought pride to India and every Indian. He voiced his belief that Modi should serve a third term as Prime Minister to guide India toward achieving its 2047 vision of becoming a developed nation.

During the event, Pawan Kalyan, who shared the stage with Modi for the first time in nine years, enumerated significant achievements in India under the leadership of the Prime Minister. He stated that if Modi had governed with a focus on elections, he would not have been able to successfully abolish Article 370, prohibit triple talaq, oversee the construction of the Ram temple, pass the women's reservation Bill, or implement demonetization.

Pawan Kalyan went on to emphasize that since Modi assumed office as Prime Minister, India has firmly addressed issues related to terrorism and conveyed a clear message that it will respond resolutely to cross-border attacks
