Pawan Kalyan Responds to Amazon Gift Cards Issue:

Pawan Kalyan pointed out that adding money to Amazon gift cards is a very simple process. He mentioned that there are no issues when adding funds to the gift card, as it only requires credit/debit card details or UPI information. However, he expressed that the real problem arises when trying to recover money from expired gift cards.

He explained, "While adding money to a gift card is easy, recovering the funds from an expired gift card is a very difficult process." Users are required to contact customer care and go through a complicated and lengthy procedure, according to Pawan.

Pawan Kalyan suggested that the balance on an expired gift card should be automatically transferred to the user's main account or the bank account linked to their Amazon account. This would save time and ensure that users don't lose the money in their gift cards.

He further added, "E-commerce platforms should adopt simple, transparent, and fair processes. This approach will increase trust among millions of users."

In his post, Pawan Kalyan also tagged Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and the Reserve Bank of India to bring attention to the issue.
