Man hospitalized after self-implanting microchip in skull for dream control

In a strange incident, a Russian man named Michael Raduga from Novosibirsk was hospitalized after a failed attempt to implant a microchip into his skull for dream control. The incident came to light through reports and the man's tweets. Images of the event were shared by Mash Siberia, the Siberian subsidiary of Russia's Mash news Telegram channel, on July 20.

According to Raduga's Twitter account, he used a household drill to insert the chip into his brain, intending to manipulate his dreams. He claimed to have studied neurosurgical procedures on the internet before attempting the dangerous act. He mentioned buying a drill, creating a hole in his head, and implanting an electrode in his brain.
