In an amazing moment for IPL history, 14-year-old Vaibhav Sooryavanshi from Rajasthan Royals scored a century in just 35 balls against Gujarat Titans. The match took place at Sawai Mansingh Stadium, Jaipur. Gujarat Titans batted first and set a big target of 209 runs. Chasing it, Vaibhav started attacking from the beginning, reaching his half-century in just 17 balls.
Youngest Century Maker and Second Fastest in IPL
Vaibhav created history by smashing 30 runs in one over against bowler Karim Janat, with three fours and three sixes. He completed his century quickly in 35 balls, making him the second fastest century maker in IPL history. He finally scored 101 runs off 38 balls with 7 fours and 11 sixes before getting out. This also made him the youngest player to score a century in IPL at the age of just 14!
