Dallas, Texas - ATMIYA celebrated Holi with more than 400 Atmiyulu in Dallas, TX on March 5th (Sunday). The event was a first of its kind for Atmiyulu and was well celebrated with organic colors, fun games and super delicious food. The party was packed with exciting games such as Lemon & Spoon, Tug of War, Sack Race, Musical Chair, Tied in a Knot Challenge, Caterpillar Balloon, Blindfold, and more. Participants of all ages had a great time competing and enjoying each other's company.
The Holi party boasted sumptuous food catered by Indian Chilli restaurant in Flower Mound, TX, including Samosa Chaat, Street Style Crispy Corn, Chicken 65, Shrimp Pepper Fry, Gurthi Vankai, Mango Chepala Pulusu, White Rice, Rotipachadi, Pachimirchi Paneer Pulav, Chicken Biryani, Rotis, Raita, Bisibellabath, Curd Rice, Mango Lassi, Fryams, Salad, Rasmalai, Gajar ka Halwa with Kova, Fresh Fruits, French Fries, Popcorn, Cotton Candy, and Masala Tea. The food was appreciated by all the attendees and added to the festive spirit of the event.
A flash mob performance, 360 Degree photography and drone photoshoot were some of the highlights of the event, which families enjoyed thoroughly. This memorable event brought together Atmiyulu from Dallas (and a few that travelled from Austin, Houston, Arizona, India and Singapore) for a joyous celebration of the Holi festival.
