Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) has lost four matches in a row in the IPL 2025 season. Former cricketer Ambati Rayudu said the main reason for these losses is the team’s weak bowling performance, especially during the middle overs. He pointed out that the team is not able to take wickets at important times, which is hurting their chances.

In the recent match against Gujarat Titans, SRH was all out for just 152 runs. Gujarat easily chased the target, with strong batting from Shubman Gill and Rutherford. Rayudu said SRH bowlers are not making an effort to take wickets but are only trying to control the runs. He believes this strategy is not helping the team win matches.

Rayudu suggested that the SRH team management should focus on finding bowlers who can take wickets in the middle overs. He praised bowlers like Rashid Khan and Sai Kishore from Gujarat, who are doing well in that area. According to Rayudu, unless SRH improves their bowling strategy, it will be hard for them to win games in this season.
