Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the National Aadi Mahotsav on Thursday, February 16, at the Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium in Delhi . The government organizes the festival with the aim of providing tribal master crafts and providing a direct market to women. The festival, which will be held from February 16 to 27, will allow the audience to come face-to-face with tribal crafts, culture, cuisine and trade. What is special is that about 500 tribal artists from 28 states will participate in this fair which will be held for 11 days.

ఢిల్లీలోని మేజర్ ధ్యాన్ చంద్ నేషనల్ స్టేడియంలో గురువారం అంటే ఫిబ్రవరి 16న జాతీయ ఆది మహోత్సవ్‌ను ప్రధాని నరేంద్ర మోదీ ప్రారంభించనున్నారు.
గిరిజన మాస్టర్ క్రాఫ్ట్‌లను అందించడంతోపాటు మహిళలకు ప్రత్యక్ష మార్కెట్‌ను అందించాలనే లక్ష్యంతో ప్రభుత్వం ఈ పండుగను నిర్వహిస్తోంది. ఫిబ్రవరి 16 నుంచి 27 వరకు జరిగే ఈ ఫెస్టివల్‌లో ప్రేక్షకులు గిరిజనుల చేతివృత్తులు, సంస్కృతి, వంటకాలు, వాణిజ్యంతో ముఖాముఖిగా వచ్చే అవకాశం ఉంటుంది.
విశేషమేమిటంటే 11 రోజులపాటు జరిగే ఈ జాతరలో 28 రాష్ట్రాల నుంచి సుమారు 500 మంది గిరిజన కళాకారులు పాల్గొననున్నారు.
