Job Overview:
Digitechx is looking for a creative, hardworking, and trend-savvy female Social Media Manager to
drive *brand engagement and lead generation through social media and digital marketing. This is
an office-based role ideal for someone with critical thinking, logical decision-making, and smart
execution skills. The selected candidate will handle content creation, paid ads, analytics, SEO,
client coordination, and lead generation to ensure business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy, Lead Generation & Trend Optimization
• Develop and execute a strategic social media plan to generate quality leads and enhance
brand reach.
• Identify and engage potential customers via organic and paid campaigns.
• Stay updated with latest social media trends, viral content, and industry innovations.
• Manage Digitechx’s Clients presence across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn,
YouTube, and Pinterest.
• Plan and run paid ad campaigns on Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and
Google Ads.
• Monitor and optimize lead conversion rates and customer engagement.
Content Creation & Branding
• Develop a content calendar with engaging posts, reels, videos, and infographics.
• Write SEO-optimized captions for better reach.
• Maintain a consistent and unique brand voice across platforms.
Keyword & Competitor Analysis
• Conduct keyword research to improve content reach and lead generation.
• Perform competitor analysis to track industry trends and engagement strategies.
• Identify high-performing hashtags and trending content ideas.
Local SEO & Google My Business Optimization
• Optimize Google My Business (GMB) profile for better local search rankings.
• Implement local SEO strategies to attract targeted audiences in Hyderabad.
• Monitor Google reviews and online reputation to maintain brand credibility.
Analytics, Reporting & Performance Optimization
• Track and analyze weekly and monthly social media performance, including:
• Leads Generated & Conversion Rates
• Engagement Rate (likes, shares, comments)
• Follower Growth & Audience Demographics
• Organic vs. Paid Reach & Impressions
• Click-through Rate (CTR) & Website Traffic
• Ad Campaign Performance (ROI, Cost per Lead, Conversions)
• Generate detailed reports using:
• Google Analytics
• Meta Business Suite
• Facebook & Instagram Insights
• Use data-driven insights to improve campaigns and lead-generation strategies.
Critical Thinking & Logical Decision-Making
• Analyze market trends and make data-backed strategic decisions.
• Solve marketing challenges with logical problem-solving skills.
• Adapt and adjust strategies based on real-time analytics and performance metrics.
Client & Team Management
• Communicate with clients via emails, WhatsApp groups, and in-person meetings.
• Provide daily/weekly work status updates to clients and management.
• Coordinate with designers, content writers, and ad specialists to execute campaigns
efficiently.
• Ensure smooth team collaboration and timely project delivery.
Influencer Marketing & Brand Collaborations
• Identify and collaborate with influencers to enhance brand reach.
• Monitor influencer campaign performance and ROI.
