The kidnapping of four-year-old girl Krishnaveni in EWS Colony in Ghatkesar of Medchal Malkajgiri district has created a stir. Krishnaveni, who went to the grocery shop at 8 o'clock last night, did not return home. Distraught family members rushed to the surrounding areas. With no result, a complaint was filed with the police.
Alarmed by the girl's kidnapping incident, the police examined the CCTV footage. A deranged man found the girl being taken away by a man. Locals say that while the girl was going to the grocery store, a man named Suresh, who works in a local theater, took the girl.
