Territorial Army Recruitment Notification 2024
The Territorial Army is preparing to release a notification for various posts, including Soldiers, Clerks, and Tradesmen, across multiple Battalions and Units. Over 3,500 vacancies will be filled through this recruitment drive. Candidates aged between 18 and 42 years are eligible to participate in the Territorial Army Bharti Rally 2024.
Eligible and interested candidates must attend the rally according to the schedule that will be announced in the notification PDF. The rallies will be conducted at various locations nationwide, including Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Chandigarh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Goa, Puducherry, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu, Lakshadweep, West Bengal, North Eastern states, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Jharkhand.
Notification Release
The official notification will be available on the Territorial Army's official website, [www.jointerritorialarmy.gov.in], and in the employment newspaper. Candidates are advised to await the publication of the notification.
Educational Qualifications
- Soldier (General Duty): 10th pass with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject. For boards using a grading system, a        minimum of D grade (33-40) in individual subjects or a grade that ensures an overall aggregate of C2 Grade (33%).
- Soldier Clerk: 12th pass in any stream with at least 60% marks in aggregate and 50% in each subject.
- Soldier Tradesman: 10th pass with 33% marks in each subject.
- Soldier (Housekeeper and Mess Keeper): 8th class pass with 33% marks in each subject.
