Telangana Budget 2023 session Live Updates: As the budget is presented before the Telangana assembly elections, all eyes are on the BRS government. The annual budget of Telangana for 2022-24 is likely to be around 3 lakh crores. It seems that there will be high allocations especially for the welfare sector. The Cabinet, which met at Pragati Bhavan on Sunday, approved the budget. It seems that The government has decided to take approval for the construction of four super specialty hospitals which are being ambitiously constructed. It seems that there will be more allocations for schemes like Rythu Bandhu, Dalit Bandhu, Debt Relief and Free Electricity.
Proposals have been received to give more than 50 thousand crores to these.. Huge funds have to be given to the irrigation, agriculture and power sectors.
It seems that those who have their own land will also get financial assistance of 3 lakhs for building houses. In the matter of unemployment benefits, severe criticism is already coming from the opposition. Finance Minister Harish Rao will present the budget in the Assembly today at 10.30 am, while Minister Vemula Prashant Reddy will present the budget in the Legislative Council.
Budget meetings are usually held in March. But this time the meetings are ending in the second week of February. This means that the old system will remain in force for 47 days after the approval of the budget. The new budget will come into force after April-1. Leave was given to the assembly on the 7th for the study of paddula. There will be a discussion on the budget on 8.

తెలంగాణ అసెంబ్లీ ఎన్నికలకు ముందు ప్రవేశపెట్టే బడ్జెట్ కావడంతో.. అందరిచూపు బీఆర్ఎస్ ప్రభుత్వంపైనే ఉంది. తెలంగాణ 2022-24 వార్షిక బడ్జెట్ దాదాపు 3 లక్షల కోట్లు ఉండే అవకాశం ఉంది. ముఖ్యంగా సంక్షేమ రంగానికి అధిక కేటాయింపులు ఉంటాయని తెలుస్తోంది. ఆదివారం ప్రగతిభవన్‌లో సమావేశమైన కేబినెట్‌.. బడ్జెట్‌ను ఆమోదించింది. ప్రభుత్వం ప్రతిష్టాత్మకంగా నిర్మిస్తోన్న నాలుగు సూపర్ స్పెషాలిటీ ఆస్పత్రుల నిర్మాణానికి బుణాలు తీసుకోవాలని నిర్ణయించినట్లు తెలుస్తోంది. రైతుబంధు, దళితబంధు, రుణమాపీ, ఉచిత విద్యుత్ వంటి పథకాలకు కేటాయింపులు ఎక్కువగా ఉంటాయని తెలుస్తోంది.
వీటికే దాదాపు 50 వేల కోట్లకుపైగా ఇవ్వాలని ప్రతిపాదనలు అందాయి.. సాగునీరు, వ్యవసాయం, విద్యుత్ రంగాలకు భారీగానే నిధులు ఇవ్వాల్సి ఉంది. సొంత స్థలం ఉన్నవాళ్లు ఇళ్లు నిర్మించుకోవడం కోసం.. 3 లక్షల ఆర్థిక సాయాన్ని కూడా చేరుస్తారని తెలుస్తోంది. నిరుద్యోగభృతి విషయంలో ఇప్పటికే ప్రతిపక్షాల నుంచి తీవ్ర విమర్శలు వస్తున్నాయి.. మరి ప్రభుత్వం ఎలాంటి నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంటుందనేది ఆసక్తికరంగా మారింది. ఇవాళ ఉదయం 10.30కు అసెంబ్లీలో ఆర్థికశాఖ మంత్రి హరీష్ రావు, శాసనమండలిలో మంత్రి వేముల ప్రశాంత్ రెడ్డి బడ్జెట్ ను ప్రవేశపెడతారు.
సాధారణంగా బడ్జెట్ సమావేశాలు మార్చ్‌లో పెడుతారు. కానీ ఈసారి మాత్రం ఫిబ్రవరి రెండో వారంలో సమావేశాలు ముగుస్తున్నాయి. అంటే బడ్జెట్ ఆమోదం పొందిన 47 రోజుల వరకూ పాత పద్దే అమల్లో ఉంటుంది. ఏప్రిల్‌-1 తర్వాత కొత్త బడ్జెట్ అమల్లోకి వస్తుంది. పద్దుల అధ్యయనం కోసం 7వ తేదీ సభకు సెలవు ఇచ్చారు. 8న బడ్జెట్ పద్దులపై చర్చఉంటుంది.
