Did Sharmila state that Jagan is not the rightful heir to YSR's legacy

Andhra Pradesh Congress president Sharmila has adopted an aggressive strategy, aiming to undermine her brother Jagan Mohan Reddy by targeting the loyalist vote bank that has supported his YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) from the outset. She recently organized a significant event to mark YSR's 75th birth anniversary, using the platform to indirectly criticize Jagan Mohan Reddy.
"YSR was staunchly against the BJP and a loyal Congressman. Now, someone who has allied with the BJP and reached a truce with them claims to be YSR's heir. How can a BJP loyalist be considered YSR's successor?" Sharmila questioned, clearly aiming at her brother's political alliances since 2019.
The verbal sparring between the siblings may soon escalate into a direct electoral confrontation. Telangana CM Revanth Reddy has even indicated his readiness to campaign for Sharmila in a potential by-election in Kadapa. If this scenario unfolds, Jagan would likely stand for the YSRCP, while Sharmila would represent the Congress, setting the stage for a compelling brother-sister rivalry.
