The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has extended the application deadline for the Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2025, offering more time for candidates to apply. The new deadline is 6:00 PM on February 21, 2025.

The CSE 2025 notification was released last month to fill around 979 vacancies in All India Services. The application process began on January 22, 2025, and was initially set to end on February 11, 2025, but it was first extended to February 18, 2025. Now, with the latest update, applicants have an additional three days to submit their applications.

UPSC also announced that candidates will have the opportunity to make corrections to their applications between February 22 and February 28, 2025.

The UPSC Civil Services Preliminary Examination 2025 is scheduled for May 25, 2025. Along with the CSE, the application deadline for 150 vacancies in the Indian Forest Service (IFoS) has also been extended until February 21, 2025.
