Pawan Kalyan mentioned that a Detailed Project Report (DPR) is currently being prepared for the beautification of the 13-kilometer Uppada-Kakinada road. Additionally, he stated that he has acquired three acres of land to build a residence and a camp office in the Pithapuram constituency.
Deputy Chief Minister K. Pawan Kalyan announced on July 3 (Wednesday) that the Uppada-Kakinada coastal road development plan would be revealed within a week. He emphasized that the objective is to transform the coastline into a tourism destination with significant employment opportunities.
In a celebratory event following his victory in the general elections for the Pithapuram Assembly constituency, JSP president Mr. Pawan Kalyan led a procession on his 'Varahi' vehicle through Pithapuram. Addressing the crowd, he announced significant developmental initiatives:
1.Coastal Development:Mr. Pawan Kalyan stated that the Detailed Project Report (DPR) is currently being prepared for the development of the 13-kilometer stretch between Uppada and Kakinada. He assured that a comprehensive plan for this project would be unveiled within a week. Additionally, he pledged to find a lasting solution to the coastal erosion problem in Uppada within the next 18 months.
2.Property Acquisition:He disclosed that he had purchased three acres of land in the Pithapuram constituency. This land will be utilized to construct a residence and a camp office, with two acres allocated for the JSP office.
3.Land Disputes:Regarding disputes over 8,000 acres of land within the Kakinada Special Economic Zone (KSEZ), Mr. Pawan Kalyan expressed his intention to engage in discussions with relevant authorities to address these issues.
4.Infrastructure Projects:Mr. Pawan Kalyan announced upcoming projects, including the enhancement of the Pithapuram Community Health Centre, the establishment of a reeling center for sericulture farmers, and the construction of a railway flyover at Kotagummam. He assured that work on these initiatives would commence soon.
