Inter Exams 2025: Everything Set for Exams, Tests to Begin for 10 Lakh Students from March 1!

The Intermediate exams for both Regular and Open School Society in the 2024-25 academic year are scheduled to begin in the first week of March. Regular Intermediate exams will be held from March 1 to 20, and Open School Society exams will be conducted from March 3 to 15. Around 10 lakh students across 26 districts are expected to appear for these exams.

Amaravati, February 27: It is confirmed that the Intermediate exams for both Regular and Open School Society will begin in March across Andhra Pradesh. Regular Intermediate exams will take place from March 1 to 20, with first-year exams scheduled from March 1 to 19 and second-year exams from March 3 to 20. A total of 10,58,892 students will be writing these exams in 26 districts. The Open School Society exams will be held from March 3 to 15. The Hall Tickets for these exams have already been released by the Intermediate Board, and students can download them directly online through the government portal.

Arrangements for Exam Centers:
The authorities have made all necessary arrangements for the smooth conduct of the exams across the state. A total of 1,535 exam centers have been set up for the Regular Intermediate exams, with 68 centers classified as sensitive and 36 as highly sensitive. CCTV cameras have been installed at all centers for better monitoring. These cameras are linked to live streaming in Amaravati, where the Chief Superintendent will oversee the exams in real-time. A Section 144 order will be imposed within a 100-meter radius of the exam centers on exam days. Additionally, all nearby photocopy and internet centers will be shut down to prevent any malpractices. A toll-free helpline (18004251531) has been set up for complaints related to the exams, with control rooms also established in every district.

Prohibited Items:
The Intermediate Board has made it clear that no mobile phones or electronic devices will be allowed inside the exam centers. Both students and teachers must leave their mobile phones outside the centers. To ensure students reach the centers on time, special RTC buses will be provided. Arrangements will be made to ensure there are no power outages during the exams. The question papers will be securely stored under police supervision to prevent any leaks, and strict security measures will be in place. The authorities have ensured all necessary arrangements for the convenience of the students and have completed infrastructure facilities at each exam center.
