Andhra Pradesh Minister releases water from the Pattiseema and Tadipudi lift irrigation projects

Nimmala Ramanaidu states that this action will aid in irrigating crops in Eluru district.
Water Resources Minister Nimmala Ramanaidu, accompanied by MLAs Ch. Balaraju, M. Venkateswara Rao, and P. Dharmaraju, along with Collector K. Vetriselvi, performed a puja to the Godavari River and released water from pump numbers 2, 4, and 6 of the Pattiseema and Tadipudi lift irrigation projects on July 3rd (Wednesday). This initiative aims to facilitate irrigation for crops in Eluru district.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Ramanaidu highlighted that Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu had initiated the lift irrigation projects during his earlier tenure with the aim of conserving water and benefiting farmers. He mentioned that through the Pattiseema project, water has been supplied to 10 lakh acres annually from 2016 to 2018.
